· Threads (you can cut threads from stitched garments by yourself)
· Pockets are sewn shut (you can remove the stitching yourself after buying it)
· Wrinkles from clothes (can be removed by laundry)
· Odor in textiles (can be removed by laundry)
As noted above, are not DEFECTIVE items.
All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
Please make sure that no damage, stain or odor on the products.
TRAN reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.
You can return items in two ways: send back or deliver in person
Return request should be arranged with us via email within 3 days after you have received the order.
Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 4 days.
Further instructions including recipient's name and preferred logistics companies will be given via email.
Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, our customer service will arrange the refund and reply you.
TRAN reserve the rights to reject any refund / return request if we are not contacted via email within the 3 days period.
We will refund you within 3-15 days depending on your payment method.
